Persons convicted of crimes against minors are not allowed at the following places:
(not on the grounds of a correctional facility)
All persons required to register must abide by the following conditions:
Must register within 10 days after arriving in Utah—regardless of visit length.
Must register with the Adult Probation & Parole (AP&P) Division.
Must register with local law enforcement offices (i.e. police or sheriff).
All registrants must re-register twice per year— once during their birth month and then again six months later.
Lasts from the beginning of one's sentence until an additional 10 years beyond its completion, or for the duration of one's life.
Changes in residence, employment, vehicle, or education must be reported within 3 days.
Registration obligations are currently based on the specific sexual crime conviction(s) listed below:
* Two separate convictions require lifetime registration.
